# General Management

General purpose prompts allow you to quickly access survey information within your system. These prompts are not linked to a specific survey but enable you to query your surveys globally using natural language.

* “List the 5 most recent surveys with at least 10 respondents.”
* “Show me all active surveys created in the last 30 days.”
* “Which surveys have fewer than 20 responses?”
* “List 10 surveys sorted by highest response count.”
