# الوصول إلى البيانات

##  🔑 ما هي صلاحيات الوصول إلى البيانات؟

تسمح ميزة الوصول إلى البيانات بإنشاء مجموعات تتيح لـ [المستخدمين](/ar/multi-user-management/users.md) أو [المجموعات](/ar/multi-user-management/groups.md) الوصول فقط إلى مجموعات فرعية من البيانات التي جمعتها. 

افتراضيًا عند مشاركة قسم إدارة الاستبيان (التصميم، التقارير) مع مستخدمين آخرين تكون جميع البيانات متاحة للمستخدمين الذين يصلون إلى استبيانك. باستخدام ميزات الوصول إلى البيانات يمكنك إنشاء مجموعات بقواعد تحدد أي البيانات يمكن الوصول إليها بواسطة أي مستخدم أو مجموعة. بهذه الطريقة يمكنك مشاركة خيارات التقارير في استبيانك مع عدة مستخدمين والسماح لكل مستخدم بمشاهدة والعمل على مجموعة فرعية من البيانات التي جمعتها دون رؤية أي بيانات أخرى.

## ➕ **إضافة مجموعة وصول إلى البيانات**

لإضافة مجموعة وصول إلى البيانات جديدة عليك تحديد اسم المجموعة والقواعد التي ستُستخدم لتصفية المستجيبين.

في المثال التالي لدينا استبيان جمع من المستجيبين منطقتهم. إذا أردت مشاركة نتائج أوروبا فقط مع [المستخدمين](/ar/multi-user-management/users.md) عندما يصلون إلى ميزات التقارير / تصدير البيانات في استبيانك.
