# محادثة WhatsApp

## 💬 ما هو استبيان واتساب ثنائي الاتجاه؟

الاستبيانات ثنائية الاتجاه تعمل بنفس طريقة الدردشة. تُعرض أسئلة الاستبيان واحدًا تلو الآخر على المستجيب داخل تطبيق WhatsApp الخاص به حيث يمكنه الرد مباشرة كما يفعل في محادثة واتساب عادية.

##  ✅ سؤال الموافقة

حملة الاستبيان المكوَّنة لتكون ثنائية الاتجاه يجب أن تطلب أولاً موافقة المستخدم على المشاركة في الاستبيان. لذلك يجب أن تكون الرسالة الأولى المرسلة إليه رسالة تعرض عليه خيار المشاركة في الاستبيان أم لا. 

> مرحبًا، رأيك حول منتجاتنا وخدماتنا يهمنا، هل تود أخذ دقيقة لمشاركته معنا؟\
> 1 - نعم \
> 2 - لا \
> 3 - إلغاء الاشتراك

من خارج الصندوق، ngSurvey يتوقع الردود التالية لسؤال الموافقة

* **1** أو **yes** سيستمر في الاستبيان.
* **2** أو **no**  سيُنهي جلسة المستجيب ويوقفها.
* **3** أو **unsubscribe** سيُنهي جلسة المستجيب ويضع رقم الهاتف في "القائمة السوداء" لتجنب أي إشعارات مستقبلية.

## 🌐 استبيانات متعددة اللغات

إذا كنت تشغّل [استبيانًا متعدد اللغات](/ar/form-management/form-designer/multi-language-forms.md) سيتعين عليك إنشاء رسالة لكل لغة من لغاتك ثم تحديد لغة المستلم لدعوتك ثنائية الاتجاه. سيتم تعيين اللغة المناسبة للمستجيب تلقائيًا على الاستبيان بمجرد أن يرد على سؤال الموافقة.

##  🔌 توافق الأسئلة/الإجابات

إذا كنت تشغّل استبيانًا يستهدف منصة الويب وتريد استخدام نفس الاستبيان أيضًا في محادثة، فعليك أن تكون على دراية بالقيود التالية حيث إن ليس كل أنواع الأسئلة/الإجابات قابلة للاستخدام داخل المحادثة.

* أسئلة NPS وCSAT وCES.
