## ⏰ ما هي التذكيرات لمرة واحدة؟

باستخدام التذكيرات لمرة واحدة، يمكنك إرسال تذكير لمرة واحدة في أي وقت تحتاجه إما إلى مستلم واحد تختاره أو إلى مجموعة مستهدفَة من المستلمين بناءً على حالة حملتهم الحالية.

## 👥 أهداف التذكير

يمكنك اختيار تصفية المستلمين الذين سيتلقون رسالة التذكير الخاصة بك

* **`قيد الانتظار`** يستهدف جميع المستلمين الذين لم يشاركوا في الاستبيان بعد.
* **`غير مفتح`** يستهدف جميع المستلمين الذين لم يفتحوا الاستبيان عبر رابط الدعوة.
* **`قراءة`** يستهدف جميع المستلمين الذين قرأوا رسالة الدعوة في عميل بريدهم الإلكتروني. 
* **`غير مقروء`** يستهدف جميع المستلمين الذين لم يقرأوا رسائل الدعوة بعد.
