# إعداد التقارير / عمليات التصدير

تتيح خصائص التقرير / التصدير لك تحديد كيفية التعامل مع إجابتك أثناء عملية [مُصدَّر](/ar/form-management/data-export/data-exports.md). سيساعدك ذلك على تحسين التصدير قدر الإمكان بناءً على البيانات التي جمعتها 

## 🔅 خصائص التقرير / التصدير

* **`الاسم المستعار للتقرير`** اسم مستعار يمكن استخدامه من أجل [التقارير](/ar/form-management/reports.md) بدلاً من تسمية النص.
* **`قيمة التقرير`**تتيح لك تحديد قيمة لكل إجابة تعتمد على الاختيار يمكنك استخدامها في تطبيقك الإحصائي المفضل. سيتم تعيين قيم التقرير تلقائيًا بواسطة ngSurvey بترتيب متسلسل. ستتم تصدير هذه القيم وتعيينها كـ SPSS label لكل إجابة في [تصدير SPSS](/ar/form-management/data-export/data-exports/spss-sav.md). 
* **`نوع التقرير`** تتيح لك تحديد نوع لإجابة الإدخال النصي الذي سيتم استخدامه في وحدات التصدير مثل [SPSS](/ar/form-management/data-export/data-exports/spss-sav.md).
