# أسئلة الرضا

يسمح سؤال رضا العملاء بقياس مدى رضى عملائك وكذلك قياس الاحتفاظ بالعملاء. باستخدام هذه الأسئلة يصبح من السهل الحصول على ملاحظات سريعة لمعرفة ما إذا كان العملاء راضين أم لا واتخاذ إجراءات بشأن منتجك أو خدماتك.
