تسمح لك الاتجاهات التاريخية بمشاهدة تطور إجابات المستجيبين خلال فترة زمنية محددة.
باستخدام الاتجاهات التاريخية يمكنك مشاهدة كيفية تطور إجابات المستجيبين خلال فترة زمنية بالأيام أو الأشهر أو السنوات. بهذه الطريقة يمكنك مقارنة مقاييس رئيسية مثل NPS ودرجات التقييم والقدرة على اكتشاف أي تغييرات كبيرة خلال فترة زمنية.
