# مخطط الاتجاهات التاريخية

## 📆 ما هي الاتجاهات التاريخية؟ 

تتيح لك الاتجاهات التاريخية رؤية تطور مؤشرات رضا المستجيبين الرئيسية خلال فترة زمنية محددة. 

يمكنك إنشاء اتجاهات تاريخية للأنواع التالية من الأسئلة [NPS](/ar/form-management/form-designer/questions/question-types/satisfaction-questions/net-promoter-score-r.md), [CSAT](/ar/form-management/form-designer/questions/question-types/satisfaction-questions/csat-score.md), [CES](/ar/form-management/form-designer/questions/question-types/satisfaction-questions/ces-score.md) أو أي سؤال تم تمكينه لدعم [التقييم](/ar/form-management/form-designer/questions/rating.md). 

يمكنك أيضًا استخدام [مؤشر المشاعر ](/ar/form-management/reports/report-builder/report-items/sentiment-index.md)إجابات النص الحر لمراقبة شعور المستجيبين بمرور الوقت.  

سيُظهر كل عمود في الرسم البياني قيمة المؤشر لذلك التاريخ عبر جميع المستجيبين. المتوسط المعروض في العنوان محسوب استنادًا إلى نطاق التاريخ الكامل المعروض في الرسم البياني.

## 📅 تحديد خط زمني مخصص

يمكن إعداد الخط الزمني لاتجاهاتك بتمكين **الفلاتر** على عنصر التقرير الخاص بك. يمكن تعيين نطاق الخط الزمني من 6 ساعات، 12 ساعة، يوم، شهر إلى ما يصل إلى سنة.
