# المستجيبون

المستجيب هو أي شخص قام بملء أحد نماذج الاستبيان الخاصة بك. تتيح لك قسم المستجيبين عرض وإدارة جميع المستجيبين مع إجاباتهم باستخدام شبكة واحدة موحدة. 

يمثل كل عمود في الشبكة إجابة المستجيب على السؤال. الإجابات النصية مثل الحقول تُعرض في أعمدة منفصلة، عمود واحد لكل إجابة نصية.

1. إجراءات شبكة المستجيبين للبحث بين المستجيبين، التصفية أو تغيير تخطيط الشبكة.
2. تصفية المستجيب حسب [حالة الاستجابة](/ar/form-management/respondents-management/response-status.md).
3. إعادة تحميل الشبكة بأحدث بيانات المستجيبين.
4. عرض [المستجيب وإجاباته](/ar/form-management/respondents-management/respondent-details.md) وتمكنك من [تحرير](/ar/form-management/respondents-management/editing-respondent-answers.md) إجاباته.

* **`حذف المستجيبين المكتملين`** يحذف جميع المستجيبين المكتملين. لا يمكن التراجع عن هذه العملية.
* **`أرشفة المستجيبين`** تعيين حالة جميع المستجيبين إلى [مؤرشف](/ar/form-management/respondents-management/archived-respondents.md).
* **`تصدير الإجابات المكتملة / المؤرشفة`** تشغيل [مهمة تصدير بيانات](/ar/form-management/data-export.md).
