# سجل النشاط

## 📄 ما هو سجل النشاط؟

سجل نشاط الاستبيان سيُتابع جميع أحداث الإجراءات على استبيانك، والوقت ومن قام بتشغيلها. لا يتيح لك فقط الحصول على تاريخ تحرير كامل لنماذجك بل يتيح أيضًا تسجيل بيانات من [عناصر أمان](/ar/form-management/security/security-items.md) مع تمكين خيار التسجيل لتسجيل، على سبيل المثال، محاولات الوصول الفاشلة إلى نماذجك.

بشكل افتراضي سيتم تخزين بيانات سجل النشاط في قاعدة بيانات ngSurvey ولكن من الممكن أيضًا إعادة توجيه الأنشطة إلى [نظام تسجيل طرف ثالث](/ar/installation-setup/installation/almraqbh-waltsjyl.md).
