تعد الرؤوس والتذييلات أجزاء تصميم مخصصة ستُعرض دائمًا إما في أعلى استبيانك أو في أسفله. 

## ➕ كيفية إضافة رأس أو تذييل

بمجرد دخولك إلى وضع تحرير النمط يمكنك تخصيص الرأس والتذييل بالتصميم الذي تختاره.

## 📱 الرؤوس/التذييلات والتصميم المستجيب

باستخدام جهاز الهدف يمكنك إعداد رؤوس أو تذييلات مختلفة لأجهزة مختلفة. وبهذه الطريقة يمكنك تعيين رأس أو تذييل مختلف لأي جهاز من أجهزة الهدف المتاحة لعرض رأس معين لمستخدمي سطح المكتب وآخر لمستخدمي الهواتف المحمولة.

لتعيين رأس أو تذييل لجهاز محدد اختر ذلك الجهاز من لوحة جهاز الهدف أدناه ثم حرّر الرأس أو التذييل.
