# اللوحات

NGSurvey يزوّدك بمجموعة واسعة من الميزات لإدارة لوحة كيانات خارجية مثل: جهات الاتصال، الموظفين، الشركاء التجاريين، الطلاب، إلخ ... 

الفائدة الرئيسية من اللوحة هي أنه يمكنك الحصول على مجموعة بيانات مركزية يمكنك إعادة استخدامها من أجل [التقارير](/ar/form-management/reports.md), [توزيع الاستبيانات ](/ar/form-management/campaigns/campaign/panels.md)أو [الفريدة](/ar/form-management/reports/filters.md) دون اضطرارك في كل مرة إلى تكرار هذه المعلومات.

بدلاً من الاضطرار، على سبيل المثال، إلى سؤال عملائك في كل مرة عن نفس المعلومات (مثل: الاسم، البلد، العمر، إلخ..) يمكنك مركزية كل هذه المعلومات مرة واحدة في لوحة، وإنشاء [أعضاء اللوحة](/ar/panels/panelists.md) ثم ببساطة إرفاق استبياناتك بتلك اللوحة. من الممكن أيضاً لاحقاً تحليل وتجميع نتائج الاستبيان مع معلومات اللوحة الخاصة بالأعضاء الذين أجروا الاستبيان.

تتكوّن كل لوحة من مجموعة من [السمات](/ar/panels/untitled.md) التي يمكنك استخدامها لإنشاء أعضاء اللوحة. وبما أن السمات مبنية على النظام القياسي [الإجابات المتعددة](/ar/form-management/form-designer/answers/answer-types.md) يمكنك إعادة استخدام أي نوع إجابة موجود (حقول، تواريخ، بلدان ...) لبناء [أعضاء اللوحة](/ar/panels/panelists.md) الهيكل.

تمنحك شاشة إدارة اللوحة نظرة عامة على جميع اللوحات التي تم إنشاؤها وتسمح لك بإدارة هذه اللوحات أو إنشاء لوحة جديدة.
