# Unifonic-Vorlagennachricht
Wenn Sie Unifonic als Ihren WhatsApp-Anbieter verwenden, müssen Sie die Vorlagen-Nachricht mit folgendem Body-Inhalt festlegen:
Der Inhalt ist eine JSON-basierte Konfiguration, mit der Sie den Namen der Vorlagen-Nachricht festlegen können, die Sie für Ihre erste Interaktion verwenden möchten und in Ihrem Unifonic-Konto definiert haben, den Sprachcode und — falls Sie Platzhalter definiert haben — optional Platzhalterwerte hinzufügen können.
Standardmäßig akzeptiert ngSurvey folgende Antworten bei der ersten Interaktion mit dem Befragten, der die Vorlagen-Nachricht erhalten hat:
1 - Die Umfrage durchführen\
2 - Die Umfrage nicht durchführen\
3 - Abbestellen
Daher empfehlen wir, eine Vorlagen-Nachricht im Unifonic-Konto wie folgt zu konfigurieren:

Wenn Sie Panels verwenden, um Ihre WhatsApp-Einladung zu versenden, ist es möglich, dynamisch Panelistenattributwerte in Ihren Platzhalter zu übergeben, indem Sie das ++panelistattributename++-Format verwenden.
