# WhatsApp-Verteilung

## 🗯️ Was ist WhatsApp-Verteilung?

Mit der WhatsApp-Verteilung können Sie Ihr Publikum erreichen, indem Sie Ihre Umfragen an die WhatsApp-Anwendung Ihrer Befragten anhand ihrer Mobiltelefonnummer senden. 

WhatsApp-Umfragen können auf folgende Weise verteilt werden.

* [**Zwei-Wege**](/de/form-management/campaigns/campaign/phone-sms-distribution/whatsapp-distribution/two-way-survey.md) um konversationelle Umfragen zu erstellen und den Befragten zu ermöglichen, direkt innerhalb von WhatsApp auf Ihre Umfragefragen zu antworten.

Es ist wichtig zu beachten, dass Sie aufgrund der Funktionsweise von WhatsApp nur eine [WhatsApp / Twilio vorab genehmigte Nachricht](/de/form-management/campaigns/campaign/invitation-message/whatsapp-template.md) für Ihre Verteilungsnachrichten verwenden können.
