# Quoten
## 👥 Was sind Quoten?
Quoten ermöglichen es Ihnen, den Zugang zu einer Umfrage basierend auf der Anzahl der Antworten, die bestimmten Bedingungen entsprechen, zu begrenzen. Sobald die angegebene Anzahl an Antworten erreicht ist, kann die Umfrage entweder geschlossen oder der Zugriff darauf eingeschränkt werden.
## 🚀 Wie aktiviert man Quoten?
Um Quoten zu aktivieren, müssen Sie Ihre erste Quotenkondition erstellen und die Anzahl der Befragten festlegen, die dieser Quote entsprechen sollen.
Im folgenden Beispiel haben wir eine Quote von 1000 Befragten für die Antwort "Apple" definiert. Die Quotenkondition wird true zurückgeben, wenn es mehr als 1000 Befragte in der Umfrage gibt, die mit "Apple" geantwortet haben.
Sobald Sie Ihre Quote definiert haben, können Sie Ihre Quote entweder in jedem Ihrer [condition rules](/de/form-management/form-designer/condition-rules/conditions-rules.md), unter Verwendung des [Quota restriction](/de/form-management/security/security-items/quotenbeschrankungen.md) Sicherheitsfeatures oder unverändert verwenden.
Wenn Sie die Quote unverändert verwenden, können Sie sie nutzen, um eine Umfrage automatisch zu beenden, indem Sie die Funktion "End survey" verwenden. Dieser Ansatz beendet die Umfrage für Teilnehmer, die die "Apple"-Option wählen, sobald die festgelegte Quote erreicht ist. Mit dieser Option können Sie eine Umfrage basierend auf einer Quote beenden und gleichzeitig anderen, nicht zur Quote passenden Antworten weiterhin zulassen.

Standardmäßig verwirft ngSurvey automatisch Antworten, sobald die Quote einer Umfrage erreicht ist. Wenn Sie jedoch Antworten, die die Quote überschreiten, behalten möchten, können Sie dies aktivieren, indem Sie die Option "Keep over quota answers" auswählen.
