2. **In Bearbeitung** ist die Anzahl der Personen, die die Umfrage begonnen und ihren [Fortschritt](/de/form-management/form-designer/form-settings/progress-completion.md) gespeichert haben und die Umfrage noch nicht beendet haben.
3. **NPS** ist die Gesamtzahl [Net Promoter Score](/de/form-management/form-designer/questions/question-types/satisfaction-questions/net-promoter-score-r.md) seit Beginn der Umfrage.
4. **CES** ist der durchschnittliche [Customer Effort Score](/de/form-management/form-designer/questions/question-types/satisfaction-questions/ces-score.md) seit Beginn der Umfrage.
