## 📚 Was ist ein File Vault?

Der File Vault ermöglicht Ihnen das Anzeigen und Verwalten aller Dateien, die vom Befragten mit dem [upload answer type](/de/form-management/form-designer/questions/question-types/advanced-types/file-upload.md).

Antworttyp hochgeladen wurden. Dateien können durch Klicken auf den Dateinamen heruntergeladen werden. Sie können auch **Alle herunterladen** die Dateien als eine einzelne komprimierte Zip-Datei herunterladen. Die Dateien innerhalb des Zip sind in separaten Ordnern nach der Respondent-ID gruppiert und haben Unterordner basierend auf der File Upload Answer ID.

Das Löschen einer Datei kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden.

##  🔒 Verschlüsselte Dateien

Wenn Ihre Dateien [data classification](/de/data-encryption/data-classification.md) auf [encrypt ](/de/data-encryption/file-upload-encryption.md)gesetzt wurden, können Sie die Antworten der Befragten mit dem Schlosssymbol und Ihrem Private Key entschlüsseln.

Dateien werden als PGP-verschlüsselte Dateien heruntergeladen, wenn Sie keinen Key eingeben, und können lokal auf Ihrem Rechner mit Ihrem Private Key und einem verfügbaren kostenlosen PGP-Entschlüsselungstool entschlüsselt werden.
