# Befragter

Ein Befragter ist jede Person, die eines Ihrer Umfrageformulare ausgefüllt hat. Der Bereich "Befragte" ermöglicht es Ihnen, alle Befragten mit ihren Antworten in einem einzigen Raster anzusehen und zu verwalten. 

Jede Spalte im Raster stellt die Antwort des Befragten auf die Frage dar; textbasierte Antworten wie Felder werden in separaten Spalten angezeigt, jeweils eine Spalte pro textbasierter Antwort.

1. Aktionen im Befragten-Raster zum Durchsuchen Ihrer Befragten, Filtern oder Ändern des Rasterlayouts.
2. Filtere die Befragten nach ihrem [Antwortstatus](/de/form-management/respondents-management/response-status.md).
3. Lädt das Raster mit den aktuellsten Befragten-Daten neu.
4. Ansicht des [Befragten und seiner Antworten](/de/form-management/respondents-management/respondent-details.md) und ermöglicht Ihnen [zu bearbeiten](/de/form-management/respondents-management/editing-respondent-answers.md) seine Antworten.

* **`Vollständige Befragte löschen`** Löscht alle vollständigen Befragten. Dieser Vorgang kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden.
* **`Befragte archivieren`** setzt den Status aller Befragten auf [archiviert](/de/form-management/respondents-management/archived-respondents.md).
* **`Abgeschlossene / archivierte Antworten exportieren`** starte einen [Datenexport-Job](/de/form-management/data-export.md).

## 🗄 Layouts des Befragten-Rasters

Das Raster kann jederzeit in ein Kartenlayout umgeschaltet werden, das jeden Befragten und seine Antworten einzeln anzeigt.
