# Aktionslinks

Aktionslinks ermöglichen es Ihnen, für jeden Befragten eine Reihe öffentlich zugänglicher Links zu erstellen. Diese Links erlauben es Ihnen, den Eintrag eines Befragten zu ändern, zu aktualisieren, zu klonen oder einen Bericht über den Eintrag anzuzeigen.

Um einen Aktionslink zu erstellen, klicken Sie auf das Link-Symbol neben dem Befragten im Befragtenraster

1. **Aktualisieren** ermöglicht es, die Antworten des Befragten mithilfe des bereitgestellten Links zu aktualisieren.
2. **Klonen** öffnet eine neue Befragten-Sitzung mit den aktuellen Antworten des Befragten; nach dem Speichern wird eine Kopie des aktuellen Befragten mit den neu aktualisierten Antworten erstellt.&#x20;
3. **Bericht** zeigt einen schreibgeschützten Bericht der Antworten des Befragten an.

Über die Ablaufzeit können Sie eine Dauer festlegen, während der der Link gültig und verfügbar ist.

Aktionslinks können auch dynamisch erstellt werden, wenn sie in [Abschlussbenachrichtigung](/de/form-management/tasks/task-items/completion-alert.md) Nachrichten eingebunden werden. Auf diese Weise könnten Sie eine Abschlussbenachrichtigung mit einem eindeutigen Bearbeitungslink erstellen, der dem Empfänger der Abschlussbenachrichtigung erlaubt, die Antworten bei Bedarf zu bearbeiten.
