# Archivierte Befragter

## 📚 Was sind archivierte Befragte?

Das Archivieren von Befragten ermöglicht, einen Befragten in das Archiv zu verschieben. Der Hauptvorteil des Archivierens besteht darin, dass diese Befragten nicht mehr von [Sicherheits-Items](/de/form-management/security/security-items.md). Dadurch können wir Befragten erneut erlauben, das Formular auszufüllen, auch wenn die Sicherheitsmechanismen keine mehrfachen Einsendungen zulassen. \

Das kann besonders nützlich sein, wenn wir beispielsweise im Juni eine [campaign ](/de/form-management/campaigns.md)erstellen und unsere Umfrage an [Panel-Mitglieder](/de/form-management/campaigns/campaign/panels.md) senden und später im Dezember eine Kampagne an dieselben Panel-Mitglieder erneut versenden möchten. 

In einem solchen Fall könnten wir die Antworten aus dem Juni kurz vor Beginn der Dezember-Kampagne archivieren, um den [Panel-Mitglieder](/de/panels/panelists.md) zu erlauben, unsere Umfrage ein zweites Mal zu absolvieren und so effektiv mehrere Antworten derselben Personengruppe über die Zeit zu erfassen und [Berichte ](/de/form-management/reports.md)für verschiedene Zeitreihen zu erstellen.
