# Active-Directory-Benutzer registrieren

Jeder Active Directory-Benutzer, der Zugriff auf die Administration benötigt, muss in den ngSurvey-Benutzern registriert sein. Dies muss entweder manuell wie unten gezeigt oder automatisch erfolgen, wenn Sie die [Automatische Zugriffs auf Umfrage](/de/installation-setup/system-settings/active-directory-settings.md) in Ihrer Installation aktiviert haben.

Sobald registriert, können Sie die Benutzer wie gewohnt für jeden ngSurvey-Benutzer einrichten, sie einer Gruppe hinzufügen oder ihnen spezifische Rollen und Rechte zuweisen.

Sie können Active Directory-verknüpfte Benutzer anhand des Windows-Symbols neben dem Benutzernamen von anderen Benutzern unterscheiden.

Um einen neuen Active Directory-Benutzer zu registrieren, klicken Sie im [Benutzermanagement ](/de/multi-user-management/users.md)Bildschirm auf Add AD user.

Dies öffnet einen Auswahlbildschirm, in dem Sie vorhandene Active Directory-Benutzer nach ihrem Kontonamen finden können. Sobald das Konto registriert ist, hat es Zugriff auf den ngSurvey-Administrationsbereich basierend auf den ngSurvey-Rollen, die Sie ihm zuweisen.
