Intercept Properties

Intercept properties allow you to define precisely how and what type of intercept will be displayed to your visitors. These properties give you control over the intercept’s behavior, appearance, and timing, so you can tailor it to your audience and specific goals.

🔅 Intercept properties

• Name of the intercept.

• Intercept host to which the intercept is linked. A host can be linked to multiple intercept from different surveys but will only display one intercept at the time.

• Survey Languageoverrides the default language of the survey.

• Show up delaytime in seconds before the intercept is displayed if all trigger conditions are met.

• Auto close delaytime in seconds before the intercept gets closed if there are no interactions with the visitor.

• Thanks close delaytime in seconds before the thank you message gets closed.

• Max display count maximum umber of times the intercept should be displayed to the visitor.

• Idle mode if the intercept survey or form should be shown directly or requires to click on a button or show custom content to the visitor first.

• Target if idle mode it set to button and custom you can choose to either show the survey or form into the intercept container or you can redirect and open the intercept in a separate tab or window.

• Content typewill override the default display mode of the survey to show the full pages of the survey or using the single question flow mode to display one question at a time.

• Button text if idle mode is set to button its the label of the button or if the idle mode is custom its the confirmation button label of the custom content window.

• Cancel text if idle mode is set to content its the label of the cancel button.

• Content if idle mode is set to content you can enter any html based content that will be displayed before accessing the intercept survey.

• Footer items what items will be displayed in the intercept footer when the survey is displayed.

• Header title set a header for the intercept above the survey or form.

• Header image set an image in the header above the survey or form.

• Allow close allow the visitor to close the intercept.

• Modal a modal window will be created when the intercept is shown preventing the visitor to access any other website features outside of the intercept.

• Disabled disabled intercepts will not be displayed.

• Priority if multiple intercepts are connected to the same intercept host sets a priority if triggers of these intercepts trigger at the same time.
