# Distribution WhatsApp

## 🗯️ Qu'est-ce que la distribution WhatsApp ?

En utilisant la distribution WhatsApp, vous pouvez atteindre votre audience en envoyant vos sondages vers l'application WhatsApp des Répondants en utilisant leur numéro de téléphone mobile. 

Les sondages WhatsApp peuvent être distribués de la façon suivante.

* [**Bidirectionnel**](/fr/form-management/campaigns/campaign/phone-sms-distribution/whatsapp-distribution/two-way-survey.md) pour créer des sondages conversationnels et permettre aux Répondants de répondre à vos questions directement dans WhatsApp.

Il est important de se rappeler qu'en raison du fonctionnement de WhatsApp, vous ne pouvez utiliser qu'un [WhatsApp / Twilio pre-approved message](/fr/form-management/campaigns/campaign/invitation-message/whatsapp-template.md) pour vos messages de distribution.
