# Rappels ponctuels

## ⏰ Que sont les rappels ponctuels ?

Avec les rappels ponctuels, vous pouvez envoyer à tout moment un rappel unique soit à un seul destinataire de votre choix, soit à un groupe ciblé de destinataires en fonction de leur statut actuel dans la campagne.

## 👥 Cibles du rappel

Vous pouvez choisir de filtrer les destinataires qui recevront votre message de rappel

* **`En attente`** cible tous les répondants qui n'ont pas encore participé au Sondage.
* **`Non ouvert`** cible tous les répondants qui n'ont pas ouvert le Sondage via le lien d'invitation.
* **`Lecture`** cible tous les répondants qui ont lu l'e-mail d'invitation dans leur client de messagerie. 
* **`Non lu`** cible tous les répondants qui n'ont pas encore lu l'e-mail d'invitation.
