# Répondants au format Word

L’export Word respondents générera un seul document Word contenant tous vos répondants et leurs réponses.

## 🔅 Propriétés Word respondents

* **`Intégrer les fichiers`** si votre Sondage collecte des fichiers auprès des répondants et si ce sont des fichiers graphiques comme des images, vous pouvez intégrer ces fichiers directement en tant qu’images dans votre cellule Excel. Veuillez noter que l’activation de cette fonctionnalité peut générer des fichiers Excel assez volumineux en fonction du nombre de fichiers collectés.
* **`Utiliser la langue du répondant`** génère pour chaque répondant les questions et réponses selon la langue sélectionnée. 
* **`Détails du répondant`** affiche des détails supplémentaires du répondant comme id, ip ou langue. 
* **`Afficher les détails du répondant dans l’en-tête de chaque page`** place dans l’en-tête de chaque page les détails du répondant.
* **`Réponses non fournies`** générera les rapports avec toutes les réponses aux questions, y compris celles qui n’ont pas été fournies par les répondants.
* **`Mettre en évidence les évaluations`** mettra en évidence et colorera les libellés de réponses basés sur des questions d’évaluation en fonction des réponses du répondant.
