# Page de remerciement / fin

## 🙌 Qu'est-ce que la page de remerciement / de fin

La page de remerciement est la dernière page affichée dans votre Sondage. Elle sera présentée une fois que le Répondant aura soumis ses réponses. 

Les messages de remerciement peuvent être entièrement personnalisés pour chaque Répondant selon la façon dont vous les affichez [conditionnellement](/fr/form-management/form-designer/pages/thanks-end-page/conditional-thanks-message.md) en fonction des réponses du répondant.
