# Tendances historiques

Les tendances historiques vous permettent de visualiser, sur une période donnée, l'évolution des réponses de vos répondants.&#x20;

Grâce aux tendances historiques, vous pouvez observer comment les réponses de vos répondants évoluent sur une période en jours, mois ou années. De cette manière, vous pouvez comparer des indicateurs clés comme le NPS, les scores d’évaluation et repérer toute variation importante sur une période donnée. &#x20;
