# JSON Survey Export / Import

The export features allows us to download a JSON file of our survey that we can re-import in any other ngSurvey installation to re-create the exact same exported survey.

## ⬅️ Import from JSON

The import features allows us to re-create a survey that was exported in JSON format. To import a survey you can use the **Import** button top open the import screen and drag / drop your survey JSON file.
