SMTP Mailing Server

The mailing server settings allows you to setup a mail server that will be used globally by any ngSurvey feature that requires email sending and delivery.

🔅 SMTP mailing server properties

• Server that will be used to send out email messages.

• Username to access your smtp account.

• Password to access your smtp account.

• Restrict globally to one sender if enabled it allow you us specify one email and name that will be used for all email sending processes within ngSurvey. If activated ngSurvey will only use the email specified and will not use anymore the user account email and wont allow the user to enter any email for any of the email features like campaigns, tasks.

You may use the test button to send you a test email using the mailing server configuration to make sure that everything is setup properly.
