# Entry Approvals ## ✅ What are entry approvals ? The entry approvals grid shows the panelist that have been [modified through a survey](/form-management/form-designer/questions/panel-linking.md). Clicking on the panelist will let you see the new entered values of the panelists. If you approve the changes all the changed values will be pushed to the connected store to update its data.
