# NPS

The Net Promoter Score® smart work allows you to label your respondent selection on your [NPS questions](https://docs.ngsurvey.com/form-management/form-designer/questions/question-types/satisfaction-questions/net-promoter-score-r) based on the answer selection. Label can be either detractor, passive or promoter. &#x20;

## 🔅 NPS properties

* **`Source answer column`**&#x69;s the column of your respondents dataset that will be used to get the  type of NPS. You can only get the label from an existing [NPS question](https://docs.ngsurvey.com/form-management/reports/report-builder/report-items/net-promoter-score-r).
