# Respondent Details

The respondent details screen allows you to see the respondent details with all his answers, security item attributes and [location](https://docs.ngsurvey.com/form-management/form-designer/geolocation) information.

## 🚀 Respondent details actions

1. **Lock respondent answers** will look the respondent from changing his answers if the survey allows [answer changes](https://docs.ngsurvey.com/form-designer/form-settings/progress-completion/respondent-answers-update#enabling-answers-update). Respondent will still be able to see his answers but not to change them.
2. **Lookup location from IP** will lookup the [location ](https://docs.ngsurvey.com/form-management/form-designer/geolocation)based on the [IP](https://docs.ngsurvey.com/form-management/form-designer/geolocation/ip-address-location) of the respondent.
3. **Display unanswered questions** will display all your survey questions and answers even the one that were not answered by the respondent.
4. **Edit the respondent answers** allows you to [edit](https://docs.ngsurvey.com/form-management/respondents-management/editing-respondent-answers) and update any of the respondent answers.
