Using the mobile phone distribution features you can distribute your surveys to mobile phone terminals using standard SMS messages or using WhatsApp messages.
Mobile phone recipients can be added using one of the following method
Manually entered mobile phone lists
Imported using a CSV file
Using members of panel
The mobile SMS / WhatsApp phone feature requires to have a Twilio.com account linked to your ngSurvey account.
