# Reminders

## 🔔 What are reminders ?

Reminders are [invitation messages](/form-management/campaigns/campaign/invitation-message.md) that are sent to recipient that did not answer the survey yet. Reminders can be send either on given dates and times, on a given frequency or can be send individually at any time using [one time reminders](/form-management/campaigns/campaign/untitled/one-time-reminders.md).

{% hint style="info" %}
Reminders can be added while creating the campaign or later on once the campaign has already been launched.
{% endhint %}

## 📅 Intervals

You may set multiple dates (1,3) and times (2) when the reminders will be sent.

## 🔄 **Frequency**

You may set a frequency in days after which the reminder will be automatically send to respondent who did not answer the survey.

Reminder will be send as long as there are pending respondents if the **Repeat until Answer recorded** is set.

You can also ends the reminder on a given date even if there are pending responses left using the **Custom date** option.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.ngsurvey.com/form-management/campaigns/campaign/untitled.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
