Reminders

🔔 What are reminders ?

Reminders are invitation messages that are sent to recipient that did not answer the survey yet. Reminders can be send either on given dates and times, on a given frequency or can be send individually at any time using one time reminders.

Reminders can be added while creating the campaign or later on once the campaign has already been launched.

📅 Intervals

You may set multiple dates (1,3) and times (2) when the reminders will be sent.

🔄 Frequency

You may set a frequency in days after which the reminder will be automatically send to respondent who did not answer the survey.

Reminder will be send as long as there are pending respondents if the Repeat until Answer recorded is set.

You can also ends the reminder on a given date even if there are pending responses left using the Custom date option.
