The thanks end page is the last page shown in your survey. It will be displayed once the respondent has submitted his answers.
Thanks messages can be fully customized for each respondent as you show them conditionally based on the respondent answers.
You may edit the thanks message using the rich text editor and pipe in respondent answers.
