Using WhatsApp distribution you can reach your audience by sending your surveys to your respondent WhatsApp application using their mobile phone number.

• Two way to create conversational surveys and let respondent reply to your survey questions directly within WhatsApp.

Its important to remember that due to the way WhatsApp works you can only use a WhatsApp / Twilio pre-approved message for your distribution messages.

The WhatsApp features requires to have a Twilio or Unifonic account with a Facebook Business Manager account and that your Twilio account is setup in your ngSurvey installation.
