# Google Analytics

Using [Google analytics](https://analytics.google.com/) you can link your ngSurvey surveys and forms to use Google analytics powerful traffic logging and analysis features to monitor in real-time your survey respondents audience and see what your respondents are doing.

## 🔗 Linking Google Analytics&#x20;

To link your google analytics account to your survey you must first get your **Tracking Id** from the Google property administration settings page.

Once you are in the property settings copy the value of the **Tracking id.**

Once you have your tracking id you may paste it in your [survey properties](/form-management/form-designer/form-settings.md) page **Google analytic field**.

That's it! Your survey is now linked to your Google analytic account and you are now able to see in real-time the audience of your survey from your Google analytics dashboards.
