Individual Entry

Enter token one by one. All the token information will be saved along the respondent answers once a respondent submits answers on a survey that has the token.

🔅 Token properties

• Token value value that will be used to access the survey.

• First name identify token with a first name. Optional

• Last name identify token with a last name. Optional

• Token email identify token with an email. Optional

• Mobile phone number identify token with a phone number. Optional

📧 Token emails and campaigns

While using the campaign piping features to pipe a token inside your email invitations message ngSurvey will try to automatically link the invited email of your campaign to a token that has the same email assigned to it. If it finds the email it will use the token that was assigned to this email and pipe it in the email invitation message.

📱 Token mobile phone and campaigns

If you are distributing your survey using sms phone distributions campaigns and have piped a token value inside your invitation message ngSurvey will try to automatically link the invited phone number of your campaign to a token that has the same phone assigned to it. If it finds the phone it will use the token that was assigned to this email and pipe it in the email invitation message.

Token values can be piped inside campaign invitation messages using the [[--invitationtoken-] pipe tag.
