# Panel information

## 📈 Information box

![](/files/-MC2vzSmWy1VEf2L_jOr)

1. Total number of [panel members](/panels/panelists.md) in your panel.
2. Refresh the data from the datasource if the panel is linked to a third party data source like a SQL table.

{% hint style="info" %}
The information box will also show you the synchronization progress between ngSurvey and your third party data store if the panel is connected to an external data store like the [SQL Panel connector](/panels/panel-connectors/sql-server-connector.md).
{% endhint %}

## 🚀 Panel actions

Using the 3 dots button you can trigger some quick actions to manage your panel.

## ️❌ Delete

Deleting the panel will delete the panel and all its [panel members](/panels/panelists.md) including any links to the surveys they've taken. Panels that are connected to a third party data source do not delete any information on the third party data source they are linked to.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.ngsurvey.com/panels/panel-information.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
